Transport and Delivery

The price of transport is included in the cost of our flooring products for deliveries in Mainland UK. If you are outside Mainland UK please call or send an email and we can provide you with a transport quotation

The deliveries are normally within a 6/7 day working day timeframe, except for parquet orders which are 10/12 days due to production.

Once your order has been made we will send you an email with the delivery information and tracking number of your shipment. Our transport company will contact you to coordinate your delivery time between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

All delivery services will be made by lorry so we assume that your delivery address is accessible by lorry. If you think there may be a problem please contact us.

If your order arrives as arranged by yourself and the transport company but we could not deliver for any reason you will be liable for the costs of the goods being re-delivered.

The material will be delivered “kerbside” and we advise that you arrange assistance in carrying the goods to your home.

Under no condition will the goods be left unsigned for or delivered to another address other than the address on your order.

VERY IMPORTANT: If damage has occurred during the transport this MUST be noted on the transport delivery documentation in detail (how many boxes damaged, etc.), and then send us an email at sales@goodbuyfloors.co.uk explaining the exact damage and we will then handle the situation. If you can send photo documentation this would help with any transport complaints. Please note it is impossible to claim any transport damage if the damage is not noted on the transport delivery documentation.
