The owner and website owner of www.goodbuyfloors.es is Eureka Flooring, SL (Hereinafter GOODBUYFLOORS), whose address is Moli del Raco Industrial Estate, Number  3, Sant Sadurní d'Anoia registered in the Commercial Register of Barcelona, ​​Folio 137, Volume 34907, Page 254 321 and NIF: B- 62,970,744.

3.1. The website aims to sell to the general public products that the company commercialises mainly flooring.

5.1. Execution of the purchase.

5.1.1. These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to purchases made between USER and GOODBUYFLOORS that sells its products through the website.

5.1.2. GOODBUYFLOORS confirms availability and product purchase to the  USERS email address provided by the user within a period not exceeding twenty four hours. This shipping confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by GOODBUYFLOORS of your offer to purchase goods from GOODBUYFLOORS.

5.1.3. If an error is discovered in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. If the error is discovered before receipt of the shipment confirmation, we will cancel and refund your order.

5.1.4 You should check as soon as possible, the details of your confirmation email are correct and should print and keep a copy for your records.

5.1.5. You must have a unique email address to use on our website. You agree that this email can be used as a means of distance communication, and you agree that all notifications via e-mail satisfy any legal requirement that such notices shall be in writing.

5.2. Price.

5.2.1. All product prices are indicated in pounds sterling exclusive of VAT.

5.2.2. Prices are subject to any changes in the rate or the applicability of VAT to always be posted on the website when you make the desired purchase.

5.2.3 The product prices do not include delivery charges, packaging, unless otherwise indicated.

5.3. Payments

5.3.1. The customers must make payment in full to GOODBUYFLOORS before the goods are dispatched. Partial payment for goods or services will not be accepted.

5.3.2 The user can pay for purchases via the payment methods GOODBUYFLOORS make available on its Web Site as described in the section of the process. In any case this will be systems in place to ensure payment security.

5.3.3. GOODBUYFLOORS reserves the right to use electronic payments from third parties and / or financial institutions to manage payments made by USERS through the WEBSITE, in collaboration with providers of payment methods.

5.4. Shipping time and costs of shipping and delivery.

5.4.1. Orders are shipped within 6/7 working days. If desired, a supplement that will be duly informed, you can request an express delivery.

5.4.2. The expected delivery date cannot be guaranteed since all deliveries are made by third parties and goods may arrive earlier or later than the date specified in your order confirmation and order delivery email.

5.4.3. Deliveries are made from about 8am to 6pm. Any request estimated delivery time is at the discretion of the courier. Whenever possible, you will be notified at the approximate time of delivery, exclusions may apply.

5.4.4. Due to insurance guidelines the delivery vehicle will make kerb-side deliveries at the point closest to the delivery address access. The CUSTOMER shall arrange adequate help to off-load the products as the courier driver cannot help move the products to the door of the delivery address.

5.4.5. Since deliveries can be carried out with a large truck or van, the user must confirm that the delivery address will be accessible by road, exonerating the responsibility of GOODBUYFLOORS. If there is inability to access, for example, the road is subject to a specific vehicle weight or width limitations, please inform us at the time of order so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

5.4.6. In the event that a messenger arrives at your address and cannot make delivery on the agreed date because there is nobody to pick it up, or you refuse to sign or deny delivery for any reason other than damage, the user purchaser shall be responsible and bear the cost of the failed delivery and any subsequent redelivery charge.

5.4.7. If the buyer USER has made no attempt to contact GOODBUYFLOORS within two business days after delivery is rejected (for any reason other than damage which must be noted on the documentation at the time of the delivery), the goods will be automatically returned to GOODBUYFLOORS and the user is responsible for all costs incurred. You will be reimbursed the full cost minus direct incurred costs regardless of whether these are reflected in the value of your original order.

5.4.8. If deliveries are attempted on three or more occasions, each time the cost will be charged to the USER into your account and you will be charged standard delivery. In addition, you will be charged the costs incurred shipping the product (whether or not free at the time of purchase) and your order will automatically be returned to us at your cost and without notice. The costs will be made without notice from his original payment method. These are taken with respect to all costs incurred to us by courier 3rd party, suppliers and other agents employed to fulfilling your order on our behalf.

5.4.9. Deliveries cannot be neglected and we cannot leave their goods at any other location other than the address indicated on the delivery documentation.

5.4.12. No liability is accepted for any costs incurred due to late deliveries or deliveries incorrect or missing products. We discourage arranging the installation until the goods have been received.

5.5. Right of Cancellation and Returns.

5.5.1. Orders can be cancelled without charge until the time of shipment; GOODBUYFLOORS reimburse the amounts paid by the Customer within seven days by the same method of payment made. If the goods have been shipped from our GOODBUYFLOORS warehouses, but have not yet been delivered, we will refund the value of the original order in full, less the direct costs incurred including (but not limited to) the transport costs involved.

5.5.2. The CLIENT may freely withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason, within ten (10) days following the date of receipt. The date of receipt is that on the delivery note.

5.5.3. To exercise your right of return of goods, the user must notify the email (ventas@goodbuyfloors.es), indicating the purpose of return clearly identifying in the e-mail your order number. 5.5.4 The User shall bear the costs and other efforts associated with returning the product, which must be packaged and shipped safely, so that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition. The user is responsible for any damage, loss or damage incurred by the product in this process.

5.5.5. GOODBUYFLOORS shall reimburse the amount minus the shipping costs, through the same payment method used by the user to purchase the product at the maximum of FOURTEEN (14) days natural from the verification of the correct state of the product sent by the CLIENT to GOODBUYFLOORS.

5.5.6. GOODBUYFLOORS does not accept the return of any product with damage attributed to the CUSTOMER.

5.5.7. The returned product must be made in their original packaging and in perfect condition, ie not damaged or soiled by the Customer and will be sent to the place indicated by GOODBUYFLOORS in the instructions given to the CUSTOMER. Also, the packaging must be identified/labelled in a comprehensive manner. If the goods are not shipped under the conditions described in these terms the goods may suffer a depreciation which in any case must be paid by the CUSTOMER.

5.5.8. In the case of the referred Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. A product specifically produced or personalised for a USER cannot be returned.

5.6. Warranties, Service samples.

5.6.1. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which do not correspond to what you ordered or are damaged or defective, or are different as indicated on the order we will eliminate this full delivery, replace or repair any goods damaged or defective, or refund the amount you paid for the goods in question, provided that the missing items or damage has been recorded in the courier documentation upon delivery.

5.6.2. If you have any questions regarding delivery please contact our customer service department immediately. Damaged goods must be signed as damaged on the delivery courier documentation. Then submitting this to GOOD BUYFLOORS who will then manage the goods.

If you see any missing parts before installation, please contact us immediately. The flooring should be stored safely to remain free from harm until the inspection is performed. Planks identified with manufacturing defects should not be included in the installation. If, after installation, a product develops a fault resulting from the manufacturing process, please send us an email promptly to enable us to act promptly and arrange a possible on-site inspection. All manufacturing faults are subject to independent inspection at the place where you have installed the flooring. False claims of manufacturing defects will be subject to a charge equal to the burden of the inspection company.

5.6.5. GOODBUYFLOORS has a strict quality control policy and offer guarantees ranging from 7 years to 35 years. Each individual product has its own warranty and a corresponding general guideline on how long you have on each individual product page on our website. However, if you need a complete copy of the warranty information for exclusions before purchase, please contact our customer service department and we agree that this be sent to your email.

5.6.6. We discourage the pre-organization of installation services until after we receive your order in full. We cannot be responsible for non-compliance of scheduled installation dates due to any delay in delivery. Delivery dates are approximate only and do not constitute a warranty.

5.6.7. Third party installers that you have hired or paid to complete installation of the flooring are entirely at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for any damage or improper installations.

5.6.8. Samples service We ship our flooring samples available on the website. This helps you to make a better representation and appreciation of our products. We do not improve or change our samples to give a false reflection of our products. The sample size varies for each product. The average size is similar to a DINA4. We offer a service of free samples. You can order up to 4 different free samples that fit in one box from the fifth a small fee is charged. We cannot guarantee that a sample is an accurate representation of the product as no piece is identical.

5.6.9. The utmost care is taken to ensure that images and colours shown on the website are an accurate representation of the products supplied. The colour of products may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors. We definitely recommend requesting a free sample for you to thoroughly inspect the products and ensure that the colour suits your needs.
